Catalyst ONE DAY Seattle is right around the corner.
August 26th in Seattle, Andy Stanley and Craig Groeschel will be sharing practical leadership strategy for creating and sustaining momentum.
Also, there will be a few Q&A sessions with Andy & Craig and a candid conversation between them about their different leadership styles and common lessons they’ve learned.
Here’s a preview of the ONE DAY content:

@PersimmonPulp
Getting to hang out with a cool Asian chick would pretty much ROCK, so I hope I win!
As for strangest habit… my house is chaotic, but my silverware drawer is organized to the point of me getting highly testy if the forks aren’t put in just so. Ask my kids… they HATE it!
nice! i’d love to hang out with you. and how convenient that you’re actually in the neighborhood
I rather thought that as well… convenience is a good thing!
@jim_gray …i’m totally awesome!
well… obviously!
I am @akolosik
My strangest habit would be reading twitter to the point that I feel like I know some of the people I follow, but they don’t know me. Well maybe that’s a little weird too….
HA!
that’s what twitter’s for, right? some of my best friends originated through blogging and twitter… so it’s not all that strange. at least to me!
Well, it maybe just feels a little strange then when I respond to people or comment, and they don’t comment back.
i do that to people sometimes. not on purpose. i just see something shiny… and it’s over. please forgive me if i’ve ever ignored you, my friend! and call me out on it next time!
haha, well I guess that could be the case with most people as well, and I don’t think you’ve ever done that to me!
Since I’m presuming international tickets aren’t included in this,
could I enter and give them to someone else if I win?
i don’t see why not
Just incase…
Here’s my tweet… http://twitter.com/mat2820b/status/16696511099
And I asked Adam what my weirdest habit was, and with out a moments hesitation or thought, he said “brushing the fringe on the rugs straight”.
I should have guessed… he took photos the first time he saw me do it
what? that’s totally normal. i do that too!
Adam seems to think it’s the pinacle of OCD. It’s right up there with that I cannot. sleep. unless the bottom sheet of the bed is propperly on the bed and the cover must be on the right way, not upside down. I have made him get up in the middle of the night because he’s managed to pull the sheet off the mattress.
It also drives him batty that when I clean house, I start in the same corner of the house every time, and work my way around the room. Doesn’t matter what room is messy… I have to start in that area of the house. Same with the bathroom. Just to see, about a month ago, I tried to clean the vanity starting from the right side first instead of the left, and without cleaning the mirror first. Could. Not. Do. It.
I am @tracybart
Strange habit….there’s nothing strange about me! haha!
yeah. me neither. HA!!!
@staceywacey7
Hey girl!
Strange habit… hmmmm…
nibbling on my daughter’s arms, legs, and cheek… all moms do that right? No? Yeah me either, freaks.
I
TOTALLY
DO
THAT!
no joke. my kids do it back to me now… it’s fun
Here’s my tweety bird: http://twitter.com/stretchmarkmama/status/16711652705
I have no weird habits now (*COUGH*) but as a kid I used to eat my grape nuts with sugar and hot (folgers instant) coffee poured over top. Mmmm!
Doesn’t giving caffeine to children stunt their growth?
Looking back–those were probably my best days in school. I was always so t-i-r-e-d.
My parents used to tell me the same thing about caffeine.
Oh my dang! THIS IS HILARIOUS!!!
i so love you, lisa!
I’m @JeffHolton on Twitter.
My strangest habit? I show up at the airport about three hours before any flight (including domestic) because, for some reason, I’m terrified of missing a flight. (Added benefit: lots of time to sit and read.)
that’s not strange, jeff. that’s just responsible.
my sweet sister, renee, has missed more flights than anyone i know… granted, i don’t know a lot of people.
@RevRunyon
I clean when I am on the cell phone. Seriously I like to walk and talk and generally end up cleaning something in the house or office.
that’s just what i like to call efficiency, Quinton! not weird at all!
I hope facebook counts…I don’t twitter.
My strangest habit is reading…anything…everywhere…pretty much always. I would read and drive at the same time if it wouldn’t cause possible fatalities. (It’s difficult to read and be dead at the same time.) I would read in the shower…and come to think of it, have done so — the back of the shampoo bottle. Duh…wash, rinse, repeat…who needs to read this?
what’s your facebook link so i can friend you? i just need to make sure you actually posted about this
i love that you read everything. now do you read it outLOUD? cuz that would be HILARIOUS!

And…uh…yeah, I read out loud a lot. I LOVE reading Dr. Suess aloud, especially the tongue twister books.
Correction – her strangest habit is being friends with me. (waving)
twitter: @findkeith
strange habit:
I drink a lot of coffee (up to a dozen cups a day.)
I pee as much as I drink coffee.
keith… that is a LOT of flippin’ coffee. but… if you didn’t pee it out… then i’d call THAT strange
I’m @lindnerphoto
My strangest habit is probably stroking my soul patch like it’s a full beard.
Ya know how some blankets have that silky edge around the end of it? Even when I was a little kid, I’ve always loved to wind and wrap it between my fingers when I’m sleeping. And to be honest if there’s a blanket anywhere in my vicinity, you’ll probably see me wrapping it around my fingers whether it’s mine or not. So there.
