Flowers and Grandmothers

A real conversation between Chance & David when they happened to see some potted plants:

Chance: “My grandma has lots of flowers in her garden.”
David: “Flowers are nice.”
Chance: “Does your grandma have flowers in HER garden?”
David: “She used to, but now she’s in a nursing home.”

WHAT the WHAT???

Good thing David didn’t tell Chance about his OTHER grandmother… who’s with Jesus.

      Seriously, it wasn’t that exciting.

Well, not for Chance and me. We have way more entertaining conversations when Jenni’s not around to blog them…

Dude, the kid’s gotta learn about the place he’s going to put you in someday. David just gave him a head start.

Just tell Chance to avoid the ones from which a smell emanates before you walk in the door…
      Oh, you think I’m kidding.
Besides, Disney will teach your kids all they need to know about what happens… you know. Bambi and the Lion King have that covered. ;)
