… has an amazing story to share.
Today was the first day of the “series” on her blog HERE.
I really want to encourage you guys to go over there an take a readsies. Her bravery is unmatched and her honesty is to be revered. She’s painfully authentic in sharing her life… laying it all out there.
At the same time… in her honesty, I’m sure there will be people who don’t really know WHAT to say and may accidentally say hurtful things. Please pray for her and Chad in this process… as they continue to work on healing, restoration and come out to share their story.
We ALL have much to learn because our lives are a bit more connected and similar than we’ll ever know.

Hey Jenny,
I’ve only read one other blog in my life, my best friend’s. She is an amazing writer and better yet has an incredible heart. She seems to always write stuff that, well, is worth reading. Raw, real, and “unedited” as you put it. I took your advice and read Sarah’s blog. All three days in one. It has come at a strange time in my life. God’s timing is perfect and I am learning to trust it completely. To make a long story short, once upon a time I filled Chad’s shoes. It’s been about 5 years since that divorce took place. Reading Sarah’s blog the day after my now 2 year anniversary to Craig, encouraged me to reflect on how God worked through my life during that difficult time, and how he still is working today. What lessons I learned in that previous marriage that I have now put to work in this new gift of marriage. God has been so good in letting me do this marriage thing again and this time do it differently. There’s much more where that came from but for now, I’ll just thank you for suggesting the blog. I’m really looking forward to reading tomorrow’s posting.
Melissa… I am SO glad you got something out of Sarah’s blog posts. I had talked to her before they all went out and I know she was nervous about them. It’s not easy to share a story like hers, but FROM her, so many of us can better understand God’s love for us.
Praying for you, friend, as you continue through this journey called life
