In my house, the cabinet under the kitchen sink is the most opened and closed cabinet in my whole kitchen.
It’s not where I store my garbage can, but it’s where I keep my recycling, dish cleaning agents, clorox wipes and garbage bags. I have a use for most of these multiple times a day. My messes don’t usually happen overnight.
This morning, I finally realized it was time to re-organize this cabinet.
BEFORE:
I know! It was crazy looking. Over time, we just ended up tossing our bags in there after grocery shopping because we were in a hurry to put stuff away and tend to the kids. We keep the bags though. We reuse the plastic ones for those stinky diapers and reuse the paper ones for our recycling.
Anyway… I put some order to our chaos.
AFTER:
Everything in it’s place… just as I’m sure God intended from the beginning of time.
There’s so much more storage space behind this stuff now for my “not-so-toddler-friendly” household cleaners.
Ok… your turn.
What’s the cabinet under YOUR kitchen sink look like?

Oh man, I won’t even post the chaos that is the under-region of my kitchen or bathroom sink! Nice job on yours though…let me know when you’re free to do mine!
i AM available for hire for all thing organizational… just sayin’…
do you travel?
if you fly me. yes.
Mine is awful. Horrible. A complete mess.
Wanna come over?
yes. fly me over!!! i would LOVE to see you!
Would LOVE for you to come when it is not so dreary, drizzly, and … well … not so Portland-like.
let’s make a date!!!
I just moved from my house of 20 years in TX to out your way in Central WA (sort of out your way). I either threw out or gave away about half of what was under that sink! We still ended up moving too much junk. That was Sept 1st. It has already turned into the pic you have at the top. Why is that and is there a support group?????
haha! i know how that is!
just tackle one area at a time, and before you know it… your house will be your haven
Nice job! I’m impressed by your mad organizational skills. You deserve a raise. You should re-negotiate with Brian and see what he says
As for under my sink, let’s just say that it is not a safe place to enter and small children have been known to disappear in the chaos, haha! Maybe some of your uber-organizational skills will rub off on me and I’ll get my act together.
my proposal for a raise got rejected… but that’s ok! hahaha!
Oh thank goodness you finally took care of that! Your negligence was bordering on physically, emotionally, and mentally damaging!
blah blah blah… jerk
dang, i love helen!
Wow. Good job.
